Then exhale and do the same again. This way it should be done three times. This Pranayama awakens the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/ysaindia.org\/wordpress\/2012\/05\/sushumna-nadi-and-kundalini\/\">Kundalini<\/a><\/em> and cures diseases caused by cough, bile and air.
